The unknown X factor is the answer to all questions: X is an adventure, an unknown, and a symbol of taboo, boldness, and passion. The Ulysse Nardin Skeleton X watch shows the structure and mechanical functions of the watch in front of our eyes through the “X-ray” structure. What you see is the result. This hollow design blurs the inner and outer boundaries, allowing us to penetrate everything, see-through the hidden elements, and experience the feeling of rapid heartbeat.
The Skeleton X watch has been redesigned and adjusted to reduce the case size to 42 mm, making it suitable for different sizes of wrists. The case is made of titanium and is mercerized with a titanium-blue PVD bezel. The side of the case engraves the unique number of each watch.
The crown is located on one side of the watch, engraved with the brand LOGO pattern of the Ulysse Nardin watch.
This year, the brand uses the four-time scales of 1 o’clock, 11 o’clock, 5 o’clock and 7 o’clock to form an “X” to echo the theme of this year based on the original classy design of Executive watch. The tangible design in the shape is the biggest breakthrough of the Ulysse Nardin watch this year, highlighting the angularity and masculine temperament of the watch.
The hollow design of the disk surface can be said to be original and remarkable. Without affecting the durability and shock resistance of the watch itself, the excess part of the disc is removed, and the whole movement is unreservedly displayed in front of our eyes. It also proves that the craftsman of the watchmaker is superb.
The watch is paired with a blue rubber strap, adding a touch of casual taste, whether it is daily travel or business activities can be matched with your clothing easily.
It is equipped with the self-made UN-371 movement of Ulysse Nardin. The movement was redesigned on the basis of the UN-171 movement, equipped with an extra-large ultra-light silicon balance, nickel weights and self-adjusting micro-sheets. The watch has a 96-hour power reserve that can be read from the window on the back of the barrel.
